These cards dont usually make a large impact in 60-card formats or in Draft, but enough cool stuff has been made that we can now field two versions of unicorn typal in Commander

Properly utilizing this card requires two things: You need to be able to empty your hand quickly (making this artifact a great discard payoff) and you cant rely on creatures as a win condition

This is only an issue for the top tier of players, but they were very vocal that they didn't like it
